Thomas E. Copley, CPA, CVA A fourth generation Montanan who has lived in Missoula for more than 27 years, Tom’s roots go deep into the life of the region, giving him an intuitive understanding of the firm's clients and their needs. He is especially concerned that the firm's clients understand their own financial situations without being intimidated by the technical aspects. Tom explains complex issues clearly and simply, using his accounting mastery and ability to communicate. Tom enjoys outdoor activities. He also plays basketball and watches NASCAR races whenever he can find one.

Rebecca F. Falcon, CPA Becky grew up in the Hamilton area and graduated from The University of Montana. Since Becky joined Galusha, Higgins & Galusha in 1988, her clients have been impressed with her depth of experience and expertise, as well as her ability to listen to their concerns. In fact, Becky will tell you that developing solid working relationships with clients is her favorite part of the job. She also enjoys the challenge of keeping current on changes in agriculture, medical and dental, restaurant, retirement, and retail industries. When she’s not working closely with clients, you’ll find Becky devoting time to Loyola Sacred Heart School, watching football and basketball, or playing golf.

Michael A. Fuchs, CPA Mike has been a resident of Missoula County for over 25 years and is a graduate of The University of Montana. He joined Galusha, Higgins & Galusha in 1993 and currently holds the position of Shareholder. Mike is creative in the sense that he’s adept at analyzing client issues and finding innovative solutions. As clients can attest, he lives up to the definition of a good accountant: he’s honest, committed and knowledgeable. In addition to his work for businesses and individuals, Mike is a member of the AICPA and Montana Society of CPAs, and volunteers for the United Way of Missoula County. He also enjoys playing softball and golf in his spare time.

Richard D. Hamma, CPA, CMA Richard has been a public accountant for 24 years and a Certified Management Accountant since 1991. A graduate of The University of Montana, he’s a lifelong resident of Missoula. Clients who work with Richard consider him objective, honest, and knowledgeable. Richard’s years of practical experience enable him to monitor details without losing sight of the “big picture.” It’s a skill that strengthens not only a client’s bottom line, but his or her confidence level as well. Richard is a longtime member of the Montana Society of CPAs and sits on that society’s State Taxation Committee.

Wayne R. Hiett, CPA/Office Manager Born and raised in the Missoula area, Wayne has not strayed too far from home. A graduate of The University of Montana, Wayne joined Galusha, Higgins & Galusha in 1992 and is currently a shareholder. Wayne believes the key to being a good accountant is creating and nurturing long-term client relationships. To do this he combines his knowledge of accounting with an ability to be responsive to a client’s changing needs. Wayne is a member of the AICPA and the Montana Society of CPAs, and volunteers for the United Way. Wayne spends his off-hours hunting on the hills and waters of Montana.

Richard F. Shull, CPA Richard likes helping businesses and individuals realize their goals by offering them an honest, straightforward, and impartial assessment of their financial situation. He works in close partnership with his clients - especially in the fields of construction, manufacturing and transportation - providing the vital information needed to make important decisions. Richard is an active outdoorsman, enjoying golf, tennis and cross-country skiing. He has lived in Missoula since 1983.
