Profit-Sharing Benefits

All regular full-time and part-time employees are eligible for our profit-sharing plan after one year of service.

Defined Contribution Plan with 401(k) elective payroll option
Entry dates: January 1 and July 1 after one year of service

Time Benefits

Vacation

Full time: Three or four weeks paid vacation depending on the number of years employed at the Firm
Part time: Prorated based on hours worked

Holidays

Full time: Eight and one-half holidays
Part time: Prorated based on hours worked

Time Bank

For the professional staff
May be accrued between January and end of tax season each year

Insurance Benefits

Group Medical - To be eligible for our group medical plan, an employee must work an average of 20 hours per week.

Plan: Allegiance Life & Health
Firm pays employee's single premium
Cafeteria plan option

Group Life - To be eligible for our group life insurance plan, an employee must work at least 17.5 hours per week and apply at the time of employment.

Plan: AICPA insurance underwritten by Prudential Insurance Company
Fully funded by Firm
Includes dependent coverage

Group Disability - To be eligible for disability coverage, an employee must work at least 30 hours per week. Entry dates are October 1 and April 1 after one year of service.

Plan: UNUM Insurance Long-Term Disability Plan
Fully funded by Firm
Includes employee assistance program (EAP), which offers confidential counseling and assistance for personal problems

Cafeteria Plan - All regular full-time and part-time employees are eligible from the day of employment.

Provides tax savings to employees through pre-tax payroll elections
Includes Blue Cross Blue Shield Insurance, and health and dependent care accounts

Short-Term Disability Program/Sick Leave - All regular full-time and part-time employees are eligible.

Professional Dues

GH&G recognizes the importance of belonging to professional associations and will cover dues for professional staff for any of the following:

State Board of Accountancy (license to practice)
AICPA membership
Montana Society membership
Idaho Society membership
